Where submissions are sent
Submissions are sent by email to jayme@studiobaggio.ai through the configured transactional email provider.

Website analytics
Studio Baggio uses Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, PostHog and its own Business Tracker to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, time on page and session recordings. Anything typed into a form is hidden in recordings. PostHog data is stored in the EU.
Company identification
Studio Baggio may look up the organisation linked to a visitor's network address to see which companies visit the site. This identifies companies, not individuals, and is not used to contact anyone who has not been in touch.
When you get in touch
If you submit a form, or open a link Studio Baggio has sent you, your visits to the site are linked to you, so Studio Baggio can see which pages interested you and reply with relevant context.
